Death poems are usually the last words and thoughts composed into poetry/prose by the dying man. Most commonly an old-style Japanese tradition, where people such as Zen monks, samurai and others composed a death poem just before the moment of death, usually 'sepuku'.
I'm thinking of attempting to compose a death poem, but it'll be difficult to place myself at my moment of death those many years away.
.. also removed all my other work, mostly because I hated it. All of it.
